He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Eva Slininger Manning; and his daughters, Robin Decker and Rene Manning. He is survived by: his children, Iris Villegas Crosby (Ernest) of Simpsonville, Rhonda Manning of Winston, OR, Julio Cesar Villegas (Amanda) of Belton and Jose Pedroza of Belton. He is also survived by 2 sisters, 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
