He was predeceased by: his wife Viola Burgess Bell; his parents, Sam Bell and Bertha Bell; and his siblings, Lula Mae Creamer, Jack Bell and Bobby Bell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Clardy (Bob) and Susan Hamann (Jerry); his granddaughters, Kelly Young, Kristy Tilley (Jake), Allison Kennedy (Daniel) and Anna Hamann; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Young, Abby Tilley and Hannah Tilley. He is also survived by parents, siblings, and close friends; his wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Land Purchase Fund of Whitefield Baptist Church, 207 Mitchell Road, Belton, SC 29627.
