We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020, at the age of 85, James Booth of Belton, South Carolina, born in Iva, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Thurman and Ida Welborn Booth; and his siblings, George, Calvin Booth, Mildred Bryant, Katherine Anderson and Hazel Booth.

He is survived by: his children, James "Freddy" Booth (Penny) of Belton and Teresa Dooley (Frank) of Belton; his siblings, Edward Booth and Omega Green; and his grandchildren, James N. Booth and Savannah S. Lynch. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to Hospice of the Upstate @ 1835 Rogers Rd. Anderson, SC 29621.
