He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Alewine and Daisy Mae Brock Alewine; and his siblings, Cecil, Floyd Alewine and Hazel Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Bagwell Alewine; his children, Wayne Alewine (Heidi) of Pickens, Brandy Kinsey (Jonathan) of North Carolina, Holly Langston (Corey) of Belton, Angel and Tyler Jordan of Nashville; his sisters, Cathy Alewine and Nancy Ann Brown (Fred); and his pets, Katie, Ralphie and Thor.
