It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Fant of Belton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fant and Julie Burnette Fant; his siblings, Bill Fant, Eunice Freeman, Edna Greer, Mable Swansenburg and Nellie Coleman; and his daughter-in-law Ann Fant.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Miller Fant; his children, Danny Fant (Janet) of Belton, Kenneth Fant (Wendi) of Belton, Steve Fant of Belton and Cindi Wilson (Mark) of Anderson; and his siblings, Larry Fant, Ruby Miller, Jennette Whitfield, Hazel Spence and Debbie Brown.
