With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Cecelia Anderson (Belton, South Carolina), born in Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Burns and Nettie Ruth Floyd Burns; her son Telemacus Anderson; her siblings, Marion Dotson, Evelyn Simonds, Johnnie Ruth Butler, William Burns and John Calvin Burns; and also Charles Anderson.
She is survived by: her son Alex Anderson (Janie) of Spartanburg, S. C.; her sisters, Linda Jackson of Cokesbury, S. C. and Jesse Lee Smith of Brooklyn, NY; her sister-in-law Tonya Gamble of Iva, S. C.; and her close friend John Aiken. She is also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandchild, special nieces.
