He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Ed and Pauline Parson Arflin; his children, Tony Arflin (Beth) of Belton and Angie Branyon (Bobby) of Honea Path; his granddaughters, Jennifer Ciufo (Ryan) and Brittney Simmons (Jared); his great grandchildren, Carina and Connor Ciufo; his brothers, Billy Ray Arflin (Hortense) of Honea Path and Harold Arflin (Jewel) of Belton; his wife Mildred Arflin; and his sister Betty Gambrell.
Flowers are accepted and memorials may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church Choir or to Hospice of the Upstate.
