With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Fowler of Belton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 6, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Burton and Estelle Hughes Burton. She is survived by: her children, James Timmy Howard of Leanord, TX and Vickie Fullbright (Buck) of Williamston. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Flowers are accepted and memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, Rainey Hospice House 1835 Rodgers Rd. Anderson, SC 29621.
