It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Clary of Belton, South Carolina, born in Laurens, South Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd George Clary; her parents, Hugh L. Fowler and Fannie Lusk Fowler; and her siblings, Hugh E. Fowler, Jr., Charles Bruce Fowler and Jennie B. Staggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Gina Clary of Williamston. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
