He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Kelly and Ruby Estelle Kelly Kelly; his daughter Teresa Sue Kelly; and his grandsons, Christopher Allen Kelly and Colt Randall Jennings.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Epps Kelly; his sons, Elmer Allen Kelly (Adrian) of Belton, Robert Mark Kelly of Belton, John David Kelly (Jeanette) of Belton and Timothy Scott Kelly (Dawn) of Belton; and his siblings, Alvin Kelly of Honea Path, Joe Kelly of Belton and Margie Adams of Belton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing is required at all events.
