Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Ray Bratcher; her parents, Willie Elijah and Kathleen King Campbell; her daughter LaDonna Barksdale; and her sister Joan Bratcher.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ciara Fowler (Corey); and her great grandchildren, Emily Rae and Emersyn Fowler.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM and at 1:45 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (201 River St, Belton, SC 29627). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home Chapel.
