She was predeceased by: her husband James O. Campbell; her parents, Benjamin Cobb and Bessie Inez Carnes Cobb; and her siblings, James Cobb, Sara McClellion, Audrey Starnes, Betty Taylor, Flora Taylor and Shirley Harmon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Alverson (Lanny) of Greer, Sherry Childress (Ted) of Pelzer and Rhonda Prater (Rick) of Pelzer; her grandchildren, Chad Alverson (Stephanie), Jeff Prater (Kelly), Amy Hand (Brian) and Jeremy Prater; and her great grandchildren, Tillman, Tate Campbell Alverson, Alexander, Brynlee Hand, Kaden, Knox Prater and James Prater. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Daventon Baptist Church Cemetery (315 Daventon Rd, Pelzer, SC 29669).
