It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Pruitt of Belton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Pruitt and Hazel Loftis Pruitt. He is survived by: his wife Gale Geddings Pruitt; his daughters, Kimberly G. Pruitt (Bobby Gilstrap) of Belton and Mandy P. Gravina (Frank) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Josh Hoover, Brandon Hoover, Kristen Baldwin (Kory), Maegan Gravina, Haley Gravina and Gage Pruitt. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
