He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lillian Smith Hicks; his daughter Dana Tribble (Randy) of Belton; his grandchildren, Cody Blake Reece, Jessica Delane Crook and Brooklyn Griffin; his sisters, Lisa Kelly, Lori Cox and Beth Isom; his sons, Michael Perry Smith and Donnie Randal Smith, Jr.; and his brother Terry Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church.
