She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Elliot Garner of Belton; her parents, Claude Standard and Lela Reece Standard; her son Rev. Freddy Dean Garner; her daughter-in-law Juanita Garner; her stepsons, Calvin Garner and Alfred Garner; and her siblings, C. D. "Doc" Standard, Eddie Standard, Billy Standard, Lela May Murphy, Beatrice Minor and Kathleen Brown.
She is survived by: her son Rufus Dale Garner (Donna) of Anderson; her sisters, Margie McCoy, Betty McGee and Frances Whitfield; and her grandchildren, Micky Garner (Jackie), Phil Garner (Jamie), Tammy Latimer, Mark Garner (Jana), Eric Garner (Megan), Tanya Randall (Brad), Kayla Williams (Derek) and Wesley Looney (Nicole). She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
