He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McCullough; his children, David Blackwell and Shyloh McCullough Crawford (Timothy); his siblings, Frederick McCullough and Glenda Jones; and his grandchildren, David Blackwell Jr., Nikki Blackwell and Addison Crawford. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
