He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sanford Owens and Nancy Armstrong Owens. He is survived by: his wife Joann Taylor Owens of Belton; his daughters, Joni Dale Owens of Anderson, Jill Ann Owens Smith (Joe Barilovits) of Greenville and Jana Owens Kelly (Brian) of Palos Verdes, CA; his grandsons, Michael Steve Morrison (Kelly), Matthew Henry Morrison (Jennifer), Austin Owens Kelly and William Sanderson Kelly; and his sister Nancy Ann Owens of Greenville. He is also survived by four great-grandsons.
