She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Chapman and Eather Boseman Chapman; her husband Leroy Sullivan; her son Roy Kevin Sullivan (Shanika) of Belton, SC; and her siblings, Mary Chapman Parker, Alberta Chapman Rucker, Eugene Chapman, Reid Ellio and Frank Chapman Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Chapman and Teresa Chapman (James); and her sister Josephine Rucker of Detroit, Michigan.. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of family members.
