He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Putnam and Wanda Boggs Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ridgeway Putnam; his pet Miss Tippy; his brother Mark Putnam (Debbie); his daughters, Kellie Sutherland (Glenn) and Kim Brown (Wes); his grandchildren, Curtis McGuffin (Sara), Casey Christian (Nate Combs) and Blair Brown; his great grandchild Madison Christian; and his nephews, Kyle, Josh and Nick Putnam.
