Allen" Cleveland Bratcher, 64, of 3840 Belhaven Rd. Ext., went to heaven Thursday, March 15, 2018. Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Jackson Thomas and Addis Martin Bratcher. He was pastor of Masters Baptist Church in Whitmire, was a Dominican Republic Missionary for 1 year and 24 years in the IMB. He served in the US Navy and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Surviving are: brothers, Paul, Dennis and Danny (Debra) Bratcher all of Belton; sisters, Janie Turnage of Abbeville, Jackie Crook (Jackson) of Lincolnton, GA and Allene Phillips (Danny) of Honea Path. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 1 brother. Service will be held 3pm Saturday at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Edmonds, Rev. Carroll Plemmings and Rev. Dwayne Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday from 1pm until 2:45pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons or Bethany Baptist Church Building Fund. The family will be at the home of his brother, Paul Bratcher at 201 N. Holmes St., Belton, SC 29627. Cox Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
