She was predeceased by: her spouse Sammy Earnest Smith of Corner Road; her parents, William M Smith and Elizabeth Coker Smith; and her brothers, Douglas Michael Smith and William Randall Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Sammy Chad Smith of Honea Path, Brian Lee Smith of Belton and Crystal Smith of Belton; and her siblings, Sammy Wayne Smith (Frankie) of Honea Path and Debra Jean Elgin (Ray) of Athens, AL. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
