We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 86, Betty Madden of Belton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bailey Knight and Mattie Woodson Knight; and her sister Louise Stroud. She is survived by: her children, Denese Madden (David Wurm) of Delaware, OH and James Bailey Madden of Belton; her sisters, Frances Trotter, Jean Stroud and Margaret Stroud; her grandchildren, Ashley Nicole "Nikki" Smith (Joey Bryant) and Bradley Kyle Madden; her stepgrandson John Wurm (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Austin Kyle, Dylan Blaze, Harley, Olivia and Mila.
Flowers are accepted and memorials may made to MSA Hospice Care Charity, 1659 Sandifer Blvd. Seneca, SC 29678, or to Dorchester Baptist Church, Belton, SC 29627.
