We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2020, at the age of 78, Baxter Rumsey (Belton, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hailey and Mary Leolis Long Rumsey; and his siblings, Claude "Red" Rumsey, Larry Rumsey and Brenda Rumsey.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Rumsey; his daughter Meka Pollard (Jimmy); his brother Charles Rumsey; and his grandchildren, Chance, Charlee and Chiah Pollard.
