It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wyanett Stephens Evans of Beech Island, South Carolina, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Morrell L. Evans, Sr.; her parents, Wyatt Stephens and Eleanor Kennedy Stephens; her daughter Toni Benne Pitts; and her sisters, Tira Day and Sondra Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Wyatt "Glen" Evans (Kathy), John Lester Evans, Morrell L. "Marty" Evans, Jr., Wanda Shedd (Jyrell) and Teresa Webster (Charlie); and her sister Jyanett Burbage. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
