He is survived by: his grandson William Prince, III; his children, Justin Prince (Amber Harris), William Prince, Jr., Amanda Berry (Kevin), Cher Stafford, Tasha Walters and Penny Story (Milton); and his siblings, Dorothy Craft, Diane Prince, Ben Prince, Darlene Stevens, Curtis Prince and Shirldean Wood. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
