She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W. "J. W." Anderson, Sr.; her parents, William F. Sr. Williams and Mary Agnes Murrah Williams; her child Kelly Lowry; and her brother William F. "Bill" Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Lynn Phelps and Carlton Anderson; her siblings, Sherrill Widener Lowe, Wayne Murrah and Terry Murrah; her grandchildren, Kenneth Robbins, Kymberli Seelye and Kristopher Lowry; and her great grandchild Norma Seelye.
