She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Forrest and Brigitte Matzke Hendrix; and her son Noah McIntosh. She is survived by: her spouse Ellory Crawford; her son Steven McIntosh; her siblings, Silvia, Glenn Johnson of Wagener, SC, Addie and Brent Williams; and her grandchildren, Damien, Connor and Kyrian McIntosh.
