He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Dill (Ted) of New Westminster, BC and Verna Wiedemann of Sacramento, California.; his wife Ofelia Espinoza; and his brother Frank Dill. He is survived by: his daughter Angela; his former wife Janice Chiasson of Nova Scotia; his children, Walter Patrick "Paddy" Dill, Jr. (Mary Jane), Colleen (Jon), Susanne of Montana and Chelly of Mexicali; and his granddaughter Angela of El Golfo. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
