He was predeceased by: his parents, William Aimar, Sr. of Washington and Eugenie Toomer Aimar; his siblings, Barbara A. Goodwin (Malcolm), William W. Aimar (Pearl), Charles S. Aimar (Jeanne) and Neal V. Aimar (Betty); and his nephew Neal V. Aimar.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Wetherington; his children, Toomer Aimar, Jr. (Nancy), Claudia A. Webb (Owen) and Alton W. Aimar (Mary Ryan); his niece Barbara Aimar; his grandchildren, Nina W. Moynihan (Jeff), Toomer V. Aimar (Trey) and Ill (John B. Aimar); his great grandchildren, Webb Moynihan, Penn Moynihan, Cam Moynihan, Emerson and Hampton Aimar; and his sister-in-law Roberta Aimar.
