He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas N. Orlando, Sr. and Antoinette Orlando of Erie, PA; and his sister Filomena DiMarie of Erie, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Orlando of Beaufort, SC; his daughter Melissa Corbett of Beaufort, SC; his grandsons, Brendan and Christopher Corbett of Beaufort, SC; his sister Sandra Lombardozzi of Erie, PA; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Lombardozzi, Doria, Cessie Lombardozzi and Frank DiMarie of Erie, PA; his great-niece Tonia Lombardozzi; and his great-nephew Frank DiMarie, Jr. of Erie, PA.. He is also survived by his loving family, friends and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donation be made to the American Heart Association.
