We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 23, Taylor Elizabeth Hahn of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in Batavia, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Taylor Elizabeth Hahn to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Hahn and Stefanie Hahn (Wright); her sister Makenzie Hahn of Batavia, OH.; her grandparents, Donna, Stephen Wright of Hilton Head, SC, Steve and Janet Hahn of Hilton Head; and her aunts and uncles, Brian, Amy Wright, Jason, Kelly Hahn and Kirsten Hahn. She is also survived by several great-aunts and great-uncles; cousins, close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donations to The Arthritis National Research Foundation and the Alzheimer's Association.
