It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susanne Madeline Peterson of Beaufort, South Carolina, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Wood and Madeline Wood; and her daughter Elizabeth Simon. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, John Peterson, Ellen Pishvanov and Nancy Sweeney (John); her son-in-law Charles Simon (Karen); her grandchildren, Nick Pishvanov (Tiffani), Kimm Dorsch (Kyle), Kristin Roberts (Aiden), Brian Sweeney (Libby), Maggie Sweeney (Fatima), Catherine Sweeney, Emma Simon and Anna Peterson; and her great grandchild Lincoln Dorsch.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Thomas More Church (53 Rockland St, Narragansett, RI 02882).
