It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Beer of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in Holly, Colorado, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Donnie Ann Beer; his son Douglas Weldon Beer; his siblings, Leon Beer, Leola Beer Cobb and Rosie Beer; and his parents, Willie Douglas Beer and Esther Walden Beer.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Johnson (Trish) of Rock Hill, SC.; his grandson Brandon Russell Johnson of Rock Hill, SC.; his children, Mickey Paul Beer, Paul Douglas Beer Jr. and Cole Franklin Beer of Lexington, SC.; and his sister-in-law Katherine Jo Bleasdale (Martin) of Columbia, SC.. He is also survived by two children and spoiled 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
