We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Rose Ann Raber of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in Ridgeland, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny W. Floyd and Eunice Floyd; her husband William E. Raber (Bill); her sister Betty Floyd Inman; and her grandson Michael J. Wiles.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Raber Tatro (Kenneth) of Monument and Pamela Raber of Beaufort, SC; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Tatro Hudgens (Kevin), Mark Tatro (Natasha), Jennifer Wiles, Jenna Raber and Jay Raber; her great grandchildren, Noah Hudgens, Connor Hudgens and Annika Hudgens; and her siblings, Mary Morris Malphrus and Johnny W. Floyd, Jr. (Judy).

In lieu of Flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Friends of Caroline Hospice or Tower2Tower.

“Rose loved God, family and friends, and she was a very compassionate person. She helped many people in different ways. Rose hired me to work with her in the Military Housing Office at Parris Island in 2001, and we have been friends since that time. She was a great Housing Manager, the military families loved and respected Rose. I know that Rose family will miss her, and so will I, but God loves her best. May the family be blessed and comforted in knowing Rose is with her Heavenly Father.”
