Sandlin Jr. of Beaufort, South Carolina, born in Franklin, Virginia, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert E., Sr. and Dorothy Sandlin (Mitchell); his wife Judith Sandlin; his daughters, Kim Short (Scott) and Renee Bowers (David); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Short, Christopher Short, Paul Bowers (Kate) and Brian Bowers (Kate); his great grandchildren, Sadie, Amelia, Everett and Liam Bowers; his brother Mitch Sandlin (Dave); his niece Elizabeth Barnette (Kevin); and his nephew Raleigh Wilkins. He was also cherished by Children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
