He was predeceased by: his parent Riley Bennett; and his sister Barbara Bennett Kindle. He is survived by: his parent Marion Taylor Bennett (DeDe); his wife Helena Langford Bennett; his sister Marion B. Youmans (Bill); and his children, Rilene Bennett of Laurens, SC and Riley Allen Bennett, III of Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Baptist Church of Beaufort Renovation Fund.
