We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2023, at the age of 76, Rebecca Francis of Beaufort, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ladson A. Barnes, Jr. and Martha B. Barnes; her husband Charles T. Francis; her children, Katherine R. Francis of Benton Harbor and Tyler B. Francis of Providence, RI.; and her siblings, Lucille B. Glass and Ladson A. Barnes, III.
