He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Carrera Cevallos; and his parents, Nestor Cevallos and Carmen Castro. He is survived by: his children, Monica Cevallos-Fulcher (Michael Moravcik) and Peter P. Cevallos, Jr. (Laura); his siblings, Manuel "Ramon" Mosquera and Josefina "Pepa" Cevallos; and his grandchildren, Stephen Cevallos and Madison Moravcik Cevallos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations can be made to the Humane Association of the Lowcountry (HAL).
