He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Perry Walker and Peggy DuRant of Beaufort; his sister Leigh DuRant Hiers; his brother-in-law Scott Hiers; and his nephew Logan Hiers of Hampton. He is also survived by uncles, an aunt and 9 DuRant cousins.
