He is survived by: his children, Maura Cordial (Evan Wong) and Lt. Cmdr; his siblings, Mary C. Grimes, Anne C. Sullivan (Joe), Phyllis C. McGarry (Christy), Eileen C. Casey (John) and Michael Cordial; and his cousin Vinny Cordial. He is also survived by 9 nephews; 2 nieces.
The family suggests donations be made in Noel's memory to the Medical University of South Carolina's Hollings Cancer Center Hematology unit (fundraise.musc.edu/give) to support blood cancers research.
