He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Russell Kelley Sr. and Mary Rena Nunamaker Kelley; his close friend Terry Guinn; his daughter Dolphin Kelley Spach (Steven); his stepdaughters, Hydie Burroughs (Scott) and Laura Tucker (Paul); his siblings, Diane Kelley Pina and Harvey Kelley; his grandchildren, Ariel and Tradd Spach; his stepgranddaughters, Amanda and Isabelle Burroughs; his nephew Russell Brewton; and his niece Mary-Elisa Pina.
