He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rex and Marilyn Hope Wingard. He is survived by: his wife Helen Wingard (Miller); his daughters, Heidi Leah (Wingard) and Newman (Steve); his siblings, Marcia Jean (Wingard), Aten (Avery), John Raymond Wingard (Kathleen) and James Lewis Wingard (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Hilary, Heather, Jennifer, Daniel, Amanda and Alex.
