He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Philips and Shirley Philips. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Philips (Tammy) and Brenda Graham (Audie); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Sutton (Chad), Haley Ainsworth (Justin), Travis and Ethan Graham.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Martin's name to American Stroke Association.
