We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2020, at the age of 99, Margaret Tedder Rodgers (Beaufort, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Z Tedder and Maggie Bigelow Tedder; her husband Thomas Legare Rodgers; her son George Tedder Rodgers; and her siblings, Raymond C Tedder, Harvey Zach Tedder, Jr. and Rebecca Tedder Black.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gay Rodgers (Robert Black, Jr.) of Beaufort, Legare Rodgers Wood (Thomas) of Beaufort and Rebecca Rodgers Chavous (Larry) of Columbia. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren.
A post-covid "celebration of life" will be announced.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Preservation Trust for Historic St. Helena's, P.O. Box 1043, Beaufort, SC 29901.
