He was predeceased by: his parent Lieutenant Colonel Robert. He is survived by: his daughter Gwen; his wife Jennie of Beaufort, SC; his daughters, Tani Weber (Paul) of Seattle, WA and Gwendolyn McCleave (William) of Florence, MS; his grandchildren, Andrea Edgecombe (William), Abigail Jordan, John Russel Midgarden, Jesse Midgarden and Jason Midgarden; his mother Joan K. Percy; his brothers, James Percy (Carol) and Robert A. Percy (Karen); and his sister-in-law Marlene Zygmontowicz. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews, 5 great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
