He is survived by: his father Forrest Harl McIntyre; his stepmother Sandra Mays McIntyre; his former wife Deric Shane Phillips; his wife Melissa Elaine McIntyre; his children, John Owen McIntyre and Melissa Katherine McIntyre; his grandchildren, Bailey Katherine Phillips, Mara Isabella Phillips and Alexandra Grace Phillips; and also Robert Allan Parker.
