As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jesse may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie Jane Locke of Beaufort, SC; and his parents, Joseph H. Locke and Addie Arnold Locke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and very close friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to CAPA.
