He was predeceased by: his father Thomas R. Weiss. He is survived by: his mother Donna M. Weiss; his sisters, Karen Weiss, Jill Flegm (Shawn) and Tracy Smith (Chris); his nieces, Lauren Nowakowski, Kara Nowakowski and Sydney Flegm; and his nephew Nick Flegm.
