He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Galphin and Minnie Opal Locke; and his siblings, Thomas Harold Locke, Eugene Thornton Locke and Martha Locke Lubkin.
He is survived by: his wife Ann W. Locke; and his children, Jimmy (Libby), Sabrina Ludwig (Keith) and Billy (Joy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
