He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius H. Williamson and Pauline Taylor Williamson; his sons, Darry Williamson and Rodney Williamson; and his brothers, J. H. "Sonny" Williamson and George Albert Williamson.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook Williamson of Lake City; his son Paul Williamson (Kathie) of Charleston; his grandson Ashton Williamson of Charleston; and his sister Iris Benton of Beaufort.
